The task at hand for the next two weeks is to read books on health. I started off with The New Health Rules by Frank Lipman, M.D. & Danielle Claro. Some quick stats about the book:

This book is completely my aesthetic. What attracted me to the book was its beautiful photography and clean typeface. The format of this book is also quite inspirational and motivates you to pursue a healthy lifestyle. A couple jokes are thrown in every once in a while to keep you reading. Most importantly, it offers some doable and reasonable advice. Something I learned was that you can drink some peppermint tea when craving sweets, and I love a cup of tea so why not?
